「This place is almost perfect, I loved my stay and the hotel was priced amazingly, the suite was huge and had everything you could need. The only cons where the floor looked clean but my 10 month old got coverd in dirt and our feet turned black from all the dirt in the carpet, and we where on the second floor and had alot of stuff but there wasnt a elivator so we had to make multiple trips with our baby to get our stuff in and out. Over all i give it a 8/10」

「ホテル到着が遅くなると連絡を入れたら フロント女性が夜８時までしかいないので 鍵をどこどこに置いておくので、チェックインなしで泊まってくれと言われた。 朝も朝８時に出発したら、まだフロントのある館は開いておらず、 結局心配だったが部屋に鍵を置いたまま出発した。 部屋は綺麗に清掃されていたし、センスもカントリー風でよかった。 ダイニングテーブルもあった。 キッチン付きで小さいシンクが二つあった。 反面洗面所がなく、お風呂もシャワーのみだった。 ホテルというよりロッジとかヴィラのイメージが近い。 チェラン（シュラン）湖のほんとうにそばだったが あいにく夜９時に到着したし、翌朝は朝８時は曇っていたので、 景色は楽しむことができなかった。 もうチェラン（シュラン）湖に行くことはないので、 二度と泊まらないが、もし、同じ値段で別の国立公園内に同じ部屋があれば、 泊まる確率は高いと思う。」

「This is one of our favorite worldmark properties. Lovely units. Ours was recently updated and looks great. We appreciated the new feature for connecting your devices to the TV too. So much better than it used to be. Great location and enjoyed the pool, still early enough in the season that all was pretty quiet, but great weather. 」

「Really nice location, unit just as described but there were some plumbing issues. The dishwasher was out of order, but the bigger issue was the toilet stopped flushing, we had to reconnect the chain in the tank each time. We called service who said they would send someone and I’m guessing no one came because it was never fixed. Otherwise the pullout couch was more comfortable than the bed IMO. Would rent again minus plumbing issues.」

「Home was ready and totally clean. hosts were fully communicative and helpful. we were welcomed with delicious cookies. Outdoor sofas was the place along with gas heater to sit and drinks. I forgot charging cables and we got it immediately from hosts. My 7yr daughter enjoyed reading lots of books and playing games. Home had everything we needed. i am looking forward to book next year too. Home is very near to farmers market, winery and other great things」

「Great location, walking distance to everything. Great hot tub and pool. As advertised. Reached out to the property manager about a fridge issue and did not hear back for about 36 hours. Thankfully fridge started working ok, definitely not as cold as it should be though. Overall would absolutely stay here again.」

「Kelly is a wonderful host! I can’t say enough good things about Kelly. She was very reassuring and able to quickly resolve a double booking/cancellation issue. 「Our family had a wonderful time, the view of the lake was stunning. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and bbq, walked to the lake for fishing and rented paddle boards. Enjoyed shaved ice just down the hill. The beds were comfy and the place was clean. Good communication from the owner Kelly. There are wineries and restaurants in walking distance and waterslides in Chelan. It would have been nice to have a tv in the master bedroom, but other than that it was perfect. Hope to be back next year.」

「Great location, straightforward room. No big frills but it’s a nice place and central location. I found it great for a fall stay of winery visits. Shared little balcony and sitting area was cute. Good TV and fireplace in the room. Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Keurig coffee maker. Only 2 k-cups provided. Stingy. So bring your own if you want more than one single cup of coffee for your entire stay.」
