「One of the warmest receptions we have ever experienced from a receptionist. Nice friendly gentleman who greeted us with a smile and gave useful information about the hotel, area and places to eat. The room had hot drinks and the fridge was full of cold drinks.
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

There is no-one assisting the machine. Registration asks you many things to feel in.
Takes too much time. If there are 2,3 persons, you must wait over 10 minutes.
There is no option you can change. For example, if you forget to book a parking space. That it..You have no possibility to park your car.
Check in without assistant person. is very bad experience.
For me, never ever again.
