It was private, quiet, heating worked, it was spacious and had everything you needed to stay. Clean and fresh, bathroom was exceptional. walking distance to all shops and restaurants. wonderful clean laundry for people to use. "We have stayed here before in the Wisteria suite and it has been renovated - new bathroom and kitchen. The only problem we had was the step from the bathroom /back door area into the kitchen. The geometric tile pattern is deceptive and we both nearly had falls. The step needs a bright strip across it so it is visible; it is an accident waiting to happen. Also I think the bathroom would be freezing in the winter; maybe a heater light should be installed. Despite this we will stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was smooth, key details were sent via email a couple of days before as promised, no problems there. The area is convenient, minutes walk from the pier, cafes and restaurants. Only minor complaint was there were some old sausages in the oven (left by a previous guest?) that the cleaner must have missed. Just an area to be aware of. Overall, would stay again! "

"The perfect remedy to stressful life. A couple of nights here and I honestly feel renewed. Sophie is just wonderful, the most warm, thoughtful, welcoming host. "We stayed in the Walker suite which was beutifully furnished. Little things have been thought of such as a makeup towel, heated blanket and under floor heating which was great for the colder mornings. All staff were great in particular Ashley who was amazing and an asset to the team. There is a games room upstairs with the biggest pool table ever! There was a bit of noise in the room from the trucks as by a busy road but not too loud. The mattress was quite soft which although comfortable on the first night gave me a achy neck after the second as you sunk into the mattress which some may like. We had a choice of a breakfast hamper or credit for the Commodore next door. We took the credit and it was well worth it and the breakfast was awesome. We also had dinner there which was nice, however we were left underwhelmed and found it to be quite expensive for what we got. Overall it was a great stay and we will definately be repeat customers."
