Villa Rosetta is a beautiful 3 bedroom detached Villa within walking distance to all amenities in the charming picturesque Village of Mijas! Gorgeous private swimming pool, sunny terrace and a covered area, quietly set yet close to everything is the perfect location to relax and unwind.



Private secure parking carport. From the front entrance to the villa through the grounds. The reception hall is impressive with a gorgeous staircase to the right and to the left, a beautiful modern glass frontage with door to the stunningly large lounge and dining area with plenty of light. The lounge features a fabulous fireplace. The lounge is grand with sliding doors out from the lounge looking out to the superb terrace and shimmering pool. There is a fully equipped kitchen and adjacent is a laundry room.



3 double bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. The Master bedroom is large in size with a huge en-suite bathroom with a raised bath and separate shower. From this room there is a private sunny terrace looking to the pool and views. Fully airconditioned throughout with the option of hot and cold air.



Mijas Pueblo or known locally as the white village sits in the foothills of the Mijas Mountains some 428m above sea level. The village provides some of the most stunning and breath-taking views of the surrounding areas down to the coast, inland and the rugged rocky landscape.

The village is not only very popular with tourists visiting for the day or vacationing in the village but with local residents from nearby towns and villages. The attraction of Mijas Pueblo is the authenticity the village provides of the Spanish way of life from the cobbled streets, white washed walls and array of artisan shops and boutiques to the many traditional festivals celebrated from the main plaza (square) sat centrally in the village.

Disappointed

On arrival looks good BUT no clean towels or bedding for 12 days. Kitchen utensils filthy. Poolside area filthy. Hot water unavailable out of all showers. A dribble & then it stops (absolutely no use for a family of 6). Hot water stops & starts & no pressure at times. Truly useless & nothing to do with mains pressure or supply. Swimming pool good size but not at all clean. Pool man needed most of the week to get it up to standard. All in all very disappointed.
