The property is a new development, offering luxury living in the heart of Mijas pueblo mixing privacy with the convenience of being close to the town center. The apartment has a beautiful rooftop pool and a private secured parking space with an elevator to both the apartment and the pool. The interior is a high specification, open plan space fully equipped for 4 people. 2 bedrooms with large built in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom with en-suite and both with modern walk-in showers and underfloor heating, fully furnished with lots of light and space. The modern kitchen comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, extractor fan, oven and microwave and contains all you need while the supermarkets are only 5 minutes walk.

The open plan living room leads to a spacious balcony with views to the hills and the sea that comfortably accommodates the table should you wish to eat al fresco.

A flat screen smart TV is mounted where you can watch local television, connect your device or login to your streaming devices and wifi is available in the apartment.

Pros: The Apartment, is gorgeous and Helene was a exceptional host. Mijas Pebleuo is beautiful. A alround exceptional experience. Cons: Good food, walking, site seeing and relaxing around the pool.

The apartment was beautiful, over looking the mountains. The view from one of the bedrooms was fabulous to wake up to! Pool was never too busy. Just a short walk into Mijas Pueblo. Lots of lovely restaurants

Bright, modern apartment, easy walking distance to all amenities.

Pros: Great views from the balcony and roof terrace, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the walk-in showers are huge. The location is great, a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket and the pretty village centre where there are more restaurants than we could count. We have visited Andalucia many times and wanted a complete rest, so we did not rent a car, although the apartment has a dedicated parking space in the underground garage. There was enough for us to see and do on foot. We will be returning next year. Cons: Only staying for two weeks, we will stay for four weeks next year.

Beautiful apartment in quiet location

Although centrally located in Mijas Pueblo, the apartment is very peaceful. There are incredible views to both mountains and sea from the bedrooms and lounge. The balcony is a good size for a full dining space and gets sun until early afternoon. We spent a lot of time there morning, afternoon and evening. All the facilities, furnishings and equipment are very high quality, comfortable and homely. We loved the comfy bed and appreciated the window shutters to keep the room cool and dark. The shower is a great temperature and water pressure is spot on. Heléne, the host, was outstanding. She was there to welcome us, despite our delayed arrival late in the evening. Communication with Heléne was convenient, prompt and helpful. As well as terrific quality conveniences such as: dishwasher, washing machine, air con, fridge freezer, we really appreciated all those extra touches that hosts sometimes forget. These included full length mirrors, hairdryer, iron, coffee maker, pool towels and napkins, among others. We loved everything about our experience in this apartment!

Brilliant Apartment

Pros: Very centrally located, really lovely apartment. Spacious with all amenities, whether you are eating in or out. Beautiful terrace for dining, with spectacular views. Roof terrace with infinity pool and ample sunbed. Overall a wonderful apartment, highly recommended.

Fantastic find

Great apartment with everything you could possibly need for a self catering stay. Apartment located just down from the TRH Mijas hotel and within walking distance to all restaurants , bars etc. This is a new 2 bed modern apartment with lovely kitchen and all the appliances you could possibly need, although with the abundance of restaurants on the doorstep, there is no need to cook. Helene the owner was a pleasure to deal with and left all means of information to help during our stay. If you wish to go to Fuengirola, Benalmadena etc, the bus stops at the top of the road and costs 3 Euros 10 cents per couple for a single journey. This is a gorgeous apartment and well worth a visit, we will definitely be back

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful position

Was a lovely new apartment. Very clean and in a wonderful position with fantastic views. The only thing I would say as a negative was that there was no English channels at all on the tv and also it could do with a full length mirror in the apartment. Helena was wonderful to deal with and kept constant contact with me., both before and after we got back. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and hopefully will be back in lovely Mijas before too long .Xxx
