"The buildings are beautiful and the overall environment of the hanok is wonderful. It was fun to stay in a traditional hanok hotel, but don't expect to have a good sleep! The mats are thin and you can tell you're sleeping on a hard floor. But we came for an experience and that's what we had. The hotel is in a great location, we were able to walk to the palace to see the lights at night and felt very safe. Bathroom a little more rustic but the shower was good and strong."

"This place is beautiful and quiet. If you want to get away from city life, this is the place to relax and unwind. Having said that, after sun goes down it gets too quiet and bit boring. And the mat is way too thin to sleep on. I had to put 2 mats on the floor to sleep comfortably. But if you mind little discomfort and experience Hanok. This is the place to stay. There is also a river close by for going for little walk if you get bored."
