「The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet little village, which made the stay very relaxing. It was also conveniently located near shops and restaurants, so it was easy to get food and other necessities.
The check-in was a little confusing. The reception is at the restaurant next to the hotel, but the sign indicating where to check in was quite small and I initially missed it. A larger or clearer sign would have made the check-in process easier.」

「The Urban Inn Hotel is excellent! The room comes with a full set of amenities, is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The check in process was simple because of the online communication. Well done Urban Inn! We enjoyed every minute of our stay in your beautiful town.」

「One-star review
Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the appalling customer service.
During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel.
We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told...
