Very convenient place to stay

the physical conditions (room size, bathroom, furnitures etc.) is actually really good but the service and the general understanding of hotel-business didnot look like working well. Although, the stuff were very friendly, and helpful but need to be a little bit more professional. I was there with a friend and we asked for two bedded room, they arrange it easily, and the room was really good because ı was there for also working, so the room had two seperated place so I could have my bed and study desk which was making it easier for my friend to spend time in the seperate place with a bed and little table. breakfast is very typical from the country, although at least instance coffee would be nice. there was no coffee only traditional tea, even no other tea-bag options. but the best is that its located in a very convenient place, close to everything. And the price is the best for the conditions. I mean, again, the conditions are really good. If I go again, ı wouldnt hesitate to stay in the same place.

Midyat’ta ilk defa konakladım. Fiyat/performans olarak gayet iyi bir otel. Mütevazi ve müşteri odaklı. Konum olarak şehrin gayet merkezinde. Azıcık sağı solu dolaştığınızda park yeri de rahatlıkla bulunabiliyor, ana cadde değil de arka sokaklarda özellikle. Temizlik konusunda “bu olmadı” dediğim hiç bir nokta yoktu, çok ufak bir tane nokta gözüme takıldı, o da sorun değildi benim açımdan, belki temizlik beklentisi çok çok yüksek olanlar için önemli olabilir (tam çıkamamış minik bir leke silüetçiği takıldı gözüme, lakin temiz hissiyatı olarak kesinlikle tatmin ediciydi). İkinci bir unsur olarak da, otelin terası mevcut ve burası üçüncü katta yer alan bazı odaların doğrudan önüne denk geliyor. Ben çok fazla yaşamadım fakat, terasta oturanların doğal olarak yapacakları sesler, odası orada olanları rahatsız edebilir. O yüzden teras önünde yer almayan bir odada konaklamayı önden belirtmenizde fayda olabilir. Resepsiyonda görev alan Büşra Hanım çok hoş sohbet ve samimi birisi, gezmekte olduğumu öğrenince kendisi de civar yerler konusunda tecrübelerini paylaşmaktan alıkoymadı kendisini. Mağaraköy gibi mükemmelötesi bir yeri onun sayesinde duyup görmüş oldum örneğin. Denk geldiğiniz takdirde size de tavsiyelerde bulunacaktır. Özetle gönül rahatlığıyla gelinip kalınabilir. Kendi adıma, bir daha yolum buralara düşse, yine burada kalırım.

Sehr schlecht & angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Ein schlecht renoviertes Hotel, das nicht richtig instand gehalten wurden über Nacht mit Regenwasser überrascht (Fenster schräg und undicht). Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, Wc Brille mit Flecken v. Vorgänger. Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend und von minderer Qualität. Nie mehr wieder.

Het hotel kent een uitstekende locatie. Het personeel is vriendelijk en de service is heel goed. Jammer dat het zwembad en dergelijke niet in gebruik waren vanwege werkzaamheden. Het hotel zal in de toekomst nog aangenamer worden als de werkzaamheden voltooid zijn.

Otelin konumu iyi galiba otel sahibi beyefendi başta rezervasyonumuzu bulamadı geri tarihli olduğu için onun dışında oda Komidinin altında sigara izmariti yatakta kıllar vardı aslında temiz görünüyordu sıcak su çok iyi ama ilgilenecek personel yok sabah kahvaltısında lobi ye atılmış iki masa ve alan buz gibi kurumuş salam doyurmayan bir kahvaltı soğuk bir yumurta bayat ekmek patates zaten yok oraya bırakılmış çay ve kahve self servistir notu ve bir türlü kahveyi bulamadığımız biz seslerini duyarken onların sesimizi duymayan personel Çıkarken memnun kalıp kalmadığımızı soracak kimseyi ve anahtarı bırakacak kimseyi bulamadık sadece içerden bir ses geldi yüzünü de göremedik anahtarı bırakabilirsiniZ diye gerçekten yorumlar güzeldi yorumlara bakarak geldim fakat yorumların içinde olan güzelliklerin hiçbirinden faydalanamadım sezon yok diye midir bilmiyorum ama bu şekilde ilgisizliği hoş görmedik öğleye doğru elektrikler kesildi ve o da buz gibi oldu bir günlüğüne rezervasyon yapıp uzatma almayı düşünmüştük fakat hiç memnun kalmadık sanırım jeneratör yoktu galiba devreye girmedi çünkü odada iki bardak su dışında mini bar çay kahve hiçbir şey yoktu genel olarak birazcık sıcak davranan girişimizi alan beyefendi dışında hiç kimse güler yüzlü değildi bir de sabah kahvaltısını sorduğumuz kapalı bayan hepsinden çok güleryüzlüydü
