The hotel is what you would expect. We stay here for conventions. The rooms are a little dated and could be cleaner, but it serves the purpose for our stay. The staff is friendly and its a convenient location and close to the convention center. Word of the wise, don't give anyone your credit card information over the phone.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Easy process to check-in and check-out. Comfortable stay with a family. Some of the furniture and carpets could use cleaning or updates. Overall pleasant stay.
