「The room was clean, had recently been updated, and offered a great experience. I've stayed in a regular room at the hotel, and this was a significant upgrade, with better beds, a bathroom, and lounge chairs.」

「The checkin process was not great. I had to call them to get instruction and then it took me a long time to find the actual room because of the lack of directions. The microwave never worked, the tv remote didn’t work. The hosts weren’t very response, I had to call to get a response because they wouldn’t reply over text. Wouldn’t stay there again.」

「Stagnant urine in toilet upon arrival. Lamp switch broken. Had to plug and unplug to operate. Bathroom outlet not operable last morning. Coffee pods for only one day. Coffee machine not cleaned from previous tenant. Poor water pressure. No Kleenex in room. Dusty. Tried to call front desk — no phone in room?? Worn furniture. Bed and pillows okay.」

「Great location and beautiful room.」

「Our flight arrived late, so we checked in given the information that was sent to us and the room was actually occupied by another traveler. The code worked and the door started to open and the person let us know he was in there. This was 2:00am! Then, the host routed to another room that was in terrible shape with styrofoam in the place of the lock on the door, door didn’t latch, mirror was broken, toilet roll broken. 2 bath towels for 3 travelers (no washcloths or hand towels). The owner never...

「We absolutely loved staying here. Everything was perfect and clean and comfortable. No complaints on the actual condo or stay! Chase even allowed us to check in a hour early to meet our travel needs. The only thing, I had some issues getting ahold of the host a day or so before our stay through the app. It could have been an app issue but once I used the phone number provided (and not the app), he reached out and we got everything squared away!」

「It was a lovely stay. I hope to return.」

「The room was fine. The beds were not queen beds, seemed more like full size beds. We did not receive any check in information prior to our arrival. The front desk said that it was a privately owned room and we needed to contact the owners. We called the owner to get the check in information and they were very friendly and sent an email and text with instructions. When we got to the room, there were no glasses for water. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee cups. I texted back and asked if...

「Loved this room so much and can't wait to come back. Much more elevated and charming than standard hotel, decorated so cute! The location was great, within walking distance of everything, had the cutest shops right below, not to mention a yummy food truck in the parking lot. Would definitely stay there again!」
