Very nice large casino hotel. One complaint is there was a hassle every time we left the parking garage and the gate not opening. Not sure why this was an issue. Also, it's a typical smoke filled casino like other hotels in this city. If you want less smoke in the casino, go to Vegas.

There was no dishwasher, washer and dryer, toaster, coffee maker, closet, suitcase rack, dish detergent, or paper towels in our unit. The Cloudbed app did not work at all and Expedia kept telling us that we did not have a reservation. There were clearly some hiccups as this property gets going. I hope that the owners can correct these bugs.

Room was very clean, my floor was quiet for the most part, had nice dining options. I don't like that for the pool you need a paid reservation, God thing when I stayed it was cool & rainy so I didn't need/ want to use it anyway

"Such a great place! So much to do with your family and the best part is you walk right out onto the boardwalk to the carnival. The first room we stayed in was absolutely terrible smelt like smoke and mold, but without hesitation the hotel was very accommodating and moved us to the Premium tower. ..."
