BBHは信じられないほど多目的なレンタルで、メインハウスと屋根付きの独立した法的なアパートがあります。 2階の寝室-段差なし。
システムの価格設定はフルハウスおよび付属のaptであり、6BD / 3BAのレンタルを行います。 4BD / 2BAのみが必要な場合は、割引について問い合わせてください（時期によって10〜20％）。 ロフトaptは、6BD予約の一部としてのみ、個別にレンタルされることはありません。
ほとんどの金/土曜日の週末の予約については、無料の木曜日のプロモーションについてお問い合わせください。 現在、2020年7月/ 8月の全日を日曜日から日曜日に予約しています。

メインハウスには2つの1階の寝室と2つの2階の寝室があります。 各階にはバスタブ付きのフルバスルームがあり、専用の裏庭には屋外シャワーがあります。 1階のベッドルームには、キングベッド、2つのツインデイベッド、引き出し式ツインタンドルがあります。 2階のベッドルームには、クイーン、ツイン2台、ツイン二段ベッドがあります。
メインハウスのキッチンのすぐそばにある大きなデッキは、裏庭でのバーベキューやカジュアルな娯楽に最適です。 暑い夏の日には、クッション付きのリクライニングラウンジャーでストレッチしたり、二重の開閉式オーニングの下で日陰で静かに休んでください。 夕方には、自分のデッキから美しい西向きの夕日の景色をお楽しみください。 メインハウスのパティオ家具は、12〜15席を快適に座れます。
法律に付属しているガレージには、ガレージの内側から別の入り口があります。 独自のリビングルーム、小さなキッチン、プライベートクイーンベッドルーム、フルとクイーンのロフトベッドルームがあります。 apt用の浴槽付きのバスルームが1つあります。 そして何よりも、aptは素晴らしい景色を望む信じられないほどのルーフデッキに直接アクセスできます。

This home was perfect for our girls weekend (8 adults) in Newport!! The house is just as pictured. It is a 5 ish minute walk to first beach (Easton) , less than a mile to the start of the Cliff Walk. It’s a 5 min drive to downtown Newport. The owner is very responsive, and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was good with our stay. I highly recommend this property!!!

We highly recommend Briarwood Beach House for your stay in Newport, RIThe house was impeccably clean, very well-appointed with necessary supplies to get you started, and is clearly well taken care of, inside and outside. The bathrooms were all very clean, and that was impressive, it takes work to keep a bathroom this clean! There are age-appropriate toys, games, and local activities for ages infant to adult. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and everything you need, and enough for a large group, as we were 12 adults and 3 children. The main house is well-laid out for family dinners and game night in the family room. The outside deck on the main floor is huge, with plenty of tables and chairs, a nice gas grill available to use, and lawn chairs to soak in the ocean-breeze and sunshine.The loft apartment is a huge extra convenience with sleeping quarters for several more, a nice little family room, and another well-stocked kitchen. The third-floor deck had astounding views of the ocean just two blocks away and provided beautiful sunsets each night.The property is located so conveniently to restaurants, ice cream, and walk to the ocean, but is quiet at night with no city noise.Communication with the owners was easy and they were very responsive to questions and inquiries. We’ve stayed at many properties all over New England for many years, and Briarwood Beach House ranks in our top three locations we’ve stayed.

Family vacation

Every summer we rent a home for our family vacation, so we can all be together. We love Newport so decided to give Middletown a try. We had a great time. The house was very centrally located, near restaurants and the beach, and it was very clean and comfortable. It was also very child friendly as we have quite a few grandchildren. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

Gem of Location & Great for Family Time

We stayed 4 nights over the holiday weekend as a large family at BBH. Everything was clean, made sense and was well appointed to ensure a good visit. The location is walking to Easton beach, with a few little gems of restaurants right there within walking distance also. For an easy no-cook night, the pizzeria was perfect right there, as well as the Italian shop. There is also a nice liqour store which was helpful, as traffic was (typically) insane in Newport for a holiday weekend. The kitchen was great at the house, appointed well with everything needed to make great meals to feed an army. Beds were all comfortable and cozy and the views from the balcony were perfection. Sara was a super amazing host, very communicative and supportive. We had a great time!

Family Fun

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Briarwood Beach House! The house was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. everything you needed. Appliances all worked well. The beds were comfortable too! The children enjoyed playing with toys and games in the house, and we all loved being so near the beaches. There are other things to do nearby besides beach activity. Many historical sites to visit. The loft apartment was great and while it had a separate entrance, it didn’t seem too disconnected from the rest of the house, and we went back-and-forth between the two easily. There were ten of us. All in all, it was a great place for a wonderful family vacation!

Host was easy to deal with. Location is perfect to Newport and all of the highlights of Newport. The house was very centrally. Located near restaurants that we could walk to. We enjoyed everything about our visit especially the cold weather. Newport is a very interesting place to visit with lots of things to do and see.

Loved it!

The house was everything we were looking for, a group of us were in town for the Newport race weekend. The house is spacious, very clean, well stocked and a great location. We cannot wait to go back when the weather is nicer to enjoy the rooftop deck! Sara and Lance are wonderful to work with. I would 10/10 recommend.

The house was the perfect house for a large group, with many different sitting areas and many beds/ bedrooms perfect for large families. Communication with the hosts were excellent. The location was amazing, short walk to the beach and 5 minutes from downtown Newport. 10/10 would recommend.

We stayed at this property for my sons wedding and it was perfect for my family. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and to the Cliff walk. Everything was clean and spacious with both units rented. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic house!

Hosts were exceptionally responsive; the house is very well-stocked, clean, and functional; and the location is perfect. Short walk to Middletown restaurants and First Beach, slightly longer walk to Second (suggest driving and parking to bring beach gear - ~15-20 minutes unloaded). Highly recommended!

Property was beautiful, and close to everything you might need. Sara, the owner was a delight to work with. All questions were answered promptly and she came up with suggestions for the “ must sees” for any events in town. She made a small get away a little more special.
