"The hotel was very clean, provided breakfast, and the staff were friendly. The location was also great—close enough to walk to DUMBO. I had accidentally entered the wrong dates when making my reservation, but I realized it within five minutes and canceled it right away to rebook with the correct dates. Expedia initially said they would refund only $30, but after speaking with the hotel, everything worked out well and I was able to receive a full refund for all three days. It was a really positive experience, and I would definitely stay here again next time."

"The staff was helpful, everyone was really nice. Registration was easy and pleasant, the ladies there explained everything and even gave a good food recommendation in the area when i asked. My issues would be with the cleanliness of the room and the fact that i lost power on one of my mornings and had to delay my plans due to no electricity in my room. Also the fact that we stayed for a week and needed to go down to bar/coffee area to use the small microwace they had to warm up food for a family of 4 and then have to carry it all back up to 12th floor was very inconvenient. I did call to ask if they had microwave for the room and was told "no mamm we don't do that". Even though i had walked past a utility room on my floor that had at least 20 microwaves in there. I also feel like the area the hotel was in was not the best, you would not know that from the pictures though. Overall stay was just okay. "

"Loved the gym and water fountains"

"The only reason I stayed there was distance to the airport and the fact the amenities listed a bar. The bar has been closed for MONTHS so unwinding with a drink and dinner on site is impossible. I can understand if they recently decided to close their bar but after months don't you think the amenities should have been updated by now??? "
