「Room was very clean and house was beautiful. GREAT location for going to downtown Newport/Mansions/Cliff walk/etc. Bed: mattress comfortable but wooden bed VERY squeaky. Loud squeaks woke you up every time you shifted position TV: could not get any local stations. Not a huge deal for us at all, but may be for others Electrical outlets: lamp on right-side of bed was not even plugged in bc there's no outlet. Understand that this is an older house, but having places to charge...

「When I checked in there were dirty, used, stained bedding with hairs and makeup on sheets. I asked to have them changed and front desk said the housekeeping were notified and would be changing them. 2nd night same sheets on the bed, dirty unsanitary sheets still on the bed. I notified front desk again and that was the only thing I got sorry.」

「Enjoyed the stay. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast on time and a nice variety.」

「Lobby needs updating but the rooms are clean. It's too noisy near the Lobby/food area though. Request a room away from it.」

「Room was clean and nice enough. However, all of the fitness room equipment was out of order. Cable on TV didn’t work for first two days. Hotel policy is to not do daily room cleaning and needs to be specifically requested. Was not aware of that when booking. Overall hotel could use some updating like new hallways carpeting or other aesthetics etc.」

「Wir waren mit unserer Tochter für 1 Nacht im Inn und fanden es klasse. Es war schön, sauber , wir hatten ein großes Zimmer und der freundliche Empfang hat es für uns besonders gemacht. Auch die Empfehlung für das Abendbrot war klasse und wir haben uns sehr gut unterhalten mit dem netten Herrn an der Rezeption , der uns mehr über Newport erzählen konnte. Es war spannend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.」
