We have been made to feel welcome we booked for two nights and then decided to extend our booking as we felt comfortable in every way it’s so peaceful and has all the necessities we required

The building looks derelict from the outside and the car park is a wasteland. The inside is dirty and poorly-maintained. Smoke alarms beeped continuously. There were no staff on site to my knowledge, and everything seems to be done remotely. I tried to get to sleep but when somebody tried to open the door to my room it was the last straw for me, so I left late at night for the relative comfort of a local Travelodge. I will never return and I urge anyone else to avoid the place.
