「Was looking for a coastal retreat to enjoy a couple days with my daughter who lives near this location. This property had everything from a super clean, cozy studio with fridge and counters filled with surprising treats, incredible hot tub with lights in the trees, pool to cool off and little private beach to launch a paddlleboard and kayak, or hang out at night with a burn pit. If you are just a beach person and want toes in the sand and to swim in the ocean, this area is not for you....

「Overall do not stay in this house! They are scamming people! They say they are military family yet took advantage of one!! Still owe me my refund and refuse to answer VRBO to give the okay to refund my money! This place was not clean it was very unsanitary and there were drug paraphernalia in the backyard! Towels wet and dirty on the bathroom floor and one of the bedrooms the sheets were dirty in the floor claimed that the house keeper cleaned it! The pool was disgusting!! I have videos pictures...

「The check in process was very easy. Four hours after arrival, our refrigerator went out. We couldn't get in contact with maintenance until the next day. So we lost some of our food that was in the refrigerator. The house is beautiful and was very clean. The golf cart was so much fun and very convenient. It was a blast and I will definitely recommend staying here again.」

「We were in area from Uk visiting friends who live not far away. So this little home was just ideal for us. Weather improved on the day we left so we didnt sit outside by the lake but we did enjoy watching the birds and fish.」

「What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen.」

「My month-long stay was absolutely wonderful. Hunter was an amazing, proactive host. The weather wasn't cooperative in the beginning of my stay, but Hunter went above and beyond to make sure whatever issues arose were taken care of and I couldn't be happier to have made this choice. 「My daughter and I stayed on a Saturday night. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean, very well set up with more than the usual “accoutrements.” We had fridge & microwave; plenty of towels and multiple Dove products at our disposal. Very cozy and comfy. Our room was in rear-and parking area super lit up at night which was great. The hotel halls a tad dated, but small issue to us, given the other positives already mentioned. We would stay again. 」
