Excellent service, enjoyed the stay.

The breakfast was very poor. We got down for breakfast around 9am and there was nothing useful left to eat. We raised this with the staff and they confirmed, despite a cold breakfast offering, they ran out of pastries. Only 1 pot of yoghurt was left for a family of 3, handful of slices of bread, we had to request hot water for Tea (can’t be that cold of a breakfast!), the juice ran out and only 1 apple was left. It was really dire. The reception staff are in a room behind the front desk, you get this deserted place vibe throughout the stay. For the amount we pad for an overnight stay (£118), I can’t even begin to imagine the poor value for money we got. Redeeming quality was, after the breakfast debacle, they promised to refund the money covering the breakfast element on the booking. By the way, the WiFi didn’t work on arrival. We were told this at the desk. If it was cheap what I paid, I’ll say that’s to be expected. But an overnight stay for almost £120, for a family of 3 (child included) is almost the going rate in any average hotel and you get an attendant overseeing breakfast. We had to go find them at the reception desk!
