Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und ist dennoch gut an Öffis angebunden.Die Kommunikation mit Petra war ausgesprochen freundlich und angenehm, und auch der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. "This is a beautiful place and located in a lovely area. Even without a car it was easy to get into Bamberg and to take bikes to the nearby adorable town. Our only complaint is that when we checked in the woman was not only not friendly, she was rude. At dinner when I asked about the wine, she almost yelled at me. I am well versed in what folks may say about people being cold or not friendly but this woman explained nothing when we arrived about the property or the pool, acted like we were bothering her, and then made me sorry that I asked about the taste of the wine. I should say that the rest of the staff was friendly and kind. It did mean however that we did not return for dinner. It’s really lovely but given how we were treated, I probably would go elsewhere. One doesn’t need to be treated poorly on vacation."

"Excellent location but the communication from the hotel wasn’t good. I messaged the hotel the morning of my arrival after not receiving a key code (the place is unmanned). I arrived at the property and still had not received any instruction to gain access. Then I had to make a very expensive phone call to the people that run the property and was told “oh you should never book with Expedia as we can’t contact you there.” Not very helpful. However, after paying a fortune to speak to someone the lady cleaning the rooms came and let me in. Apart from the bad start, all else was good. The location is amazing and the room spacious and very comfortable and clean."
