"Super family friendly and perfect for kids. Hotel service as far as housekeeping wasn’t the best, very difficult to get towels removed from room. Otherwise no complaints, still can’t wait to come back!"

"The house is old but that is a major part of its charm. It was spotless and not having to pack my own linens was the deciding factor in deciding to stay there. Ms. Chicotel was a wonderful host--couldn't ask for better. I also loved the Keurig and tea pot. There was decaf and regular coffee and in varying strenghts. Who does that? After a long drive up from Maryland, it was pure bliss to relax with a cup of tea. I slept in the next day, had coffee and then planned my grocery trip. Already, I was relaxed. The apartment is central to everything I wanted to do and everyone I wanted to see. Ms. Chicotel has several other places and I am looking at these for next year. She has my vote 1000%"

"We would absolutely stay here again. It was a great location close to great restaurant options and pretty views of the downtown and water. In the reviews I read the biggest complaint was the noise level. You could clear as day hear any conversations of other rooms if you were in the hallway. Once inside our rooms it wasn’t as bad but we are pretty easy sleepers and other guests were very respectful."

"The house was very clean and roomy ( 2 stories with ample space on both floors). The neighborhood is very quiet and I was able to see the water from Lake Erie from the front windows. It was a great location, 15 minute drive to Kalahari Resort and 4 hours from Niagara Falls. We had a great time visiting the Bible Bee and seeing the sights with our friends. There are grocery stores, restaurants and fast food very close. If we go to that area again, I will definitely look for this house to rent. It was ideal for us. The host was very attentive to respond to my every question."

"Overall not bad, but not great. The house was mostly clean, but the fans and air vents could definitely use a dusting. The shower drain was very slow, so you end up standing in water. The drive way is very narrow, even for a small SUV. The neighborhood is ok, although we did get to listen to the neighbors car alarm for several hours in the middle of the night.There was no communication with the host, not that we needed anything, but no welcome or check in messages. The thing that really bugged me was a prior bad review where the host commented that the guests accidentally went into the neighbors house. Unless the neighbors house has the exact same furniture and rug, the pictures they posted were definitely of this house.The house is very big, and we enjoyed the space. It was good for a trip to Cedar Point with extended family. We were not dissatisfied, but also not really impressed."
