Wynwood House Miami

Amazing cozy house with 4 queen size bedrooms. There are 2.5 bathrooms and one of them is private for the master bedroom.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has a 32 inch smart TV and it`s own walk in closet. Three of the bedrooms have a thick mattress queen beds and one has twin beds.

There is a lounge with large 70 Inch cinema smart TV, L-shape sofa and ottoman chair/coffee table. A corner desk with great garden view is availible for the people who wants to do some work while stay.

The dining room have a large 8 seater marble table with 6 seats.

There is a fully equiped kitchen with new fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser. Stove, and oven, double sink with insikerator, large microwave. The kitchen also have all nececary cooking accessoairs pods, pans dishes and silverwre

There is a high speed wifi internet!

Modern AC with smart control.

There are parking bays inside the comunity with a charge.

Gated community very quiet, yet situated in the heard of Miami! With Wynwood central strip just around the corner, Brickel 5 mins drive south, Miami International Airport just 15-20 mins drive, Design distrcit 5 mins drive north. Miami beach is 15 mins away just over the bridge on I-195 !
