The purpose of my stay at this location was to be warm and enjoy the ammenities: The pools, the hot tubs, the spa etc. When I arrived the person who gave me the entry code to the apt. spent no time explaining anything, just gave me the code and left. Then I found out that all the amenities were closed for the length of my stay. No pool. No hot tub. No spa. No work out area.Also: No guides to how things worked in the apt. Kitchen was a flea market with mismatched pots and no salad spinner. No hair dryer, no plugs to charge electronics like cell phones. I tried incessantly to get ahold of the owner or the host to work these things out and no help was offered. They did text me and ask me to stay around for a service man to do some work in the unit that had to do with the dryer... the shower had little hot water. I asked the Condominium Association Manager on the first floor when the info about the closing of all amenities went out to the owners and was told that the owners knew way before my visit. The owner should have let me know as he knew the purpose of my stay.I asked several time for a partial refund because the amenities that I builty my entire expensive trip around were not available to me. But he never responded.I stay in many VRBOs and have never had such terrible attitudes, service, misrepresentation, and a complete lack of communication. I would never recommend this host or this location.
