Great apartment and location

My wife and I stayed at the apartment and had a wonderful time. The location was absolutely amazing, with a huge balcony and living space. Everything was very clean and it felt like we were staying in a hotel. One thing that we wish we knew before hand is that the parking space is one the tenth floor of a parking garage and difficult if you have a big car. We fortunately had a Nissan Altima and could maneuver around the barriers but if we had a nicer car or bigger one I would be upset. From the the ground floor to parking lot it takes 6 min, fyi. Even with this detail I would stay here again.

Awesome weekend

Apartment is very clean, nice and comfortable, close to the beach and all nice places. It looks exactly like the pic. Love it and I will stay in the same place again. I will recommended to all me friends and family

Our Weeklong stay

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and had just about everything we needed. Would have appreciated a chest of drawers in the bedroom as we stayed for a week and pretty much kept our clothes in our suitcases. Communication with owner was excellent. Would consider renting again.

First Girls Trip

Karine’s place is really nice & comfortable. Looks just like the pictures. She was very helpful with good communication. Her place has just about every thing you need. Really feels like home away from home. The parking garage is very challenging if you have a large vehicle & not used to the city life. It can also be very tiring going up & down the garage to park but you get used to it. Also, it’s a very diverse area & it was sometimes hard finding someone who spoke English but when we did they were friendly. Other than that, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with this listing. Don’t hesitate to book!

Beautiful one bedroom - great downtown location.

Unit is fully outfitted with everything you could possibly need! Beautifully decorated. Owners were always available to answer questions and responded quickly. Check in and check out was incredibly easy! Can’t wait to go back to this great Miami property!

Great Place to Stay

This is a great apartment to stay. It looks recently refurbished and the host Karine is fantastic. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The bed is very comfortable and the two beds can easily be put together if you wish to have one large bed. The bathroom is very nice and has washer and dryer. The apartment has every cleaning item you can think of. I also have to say the personnel in the building are very nice. The permanent tenants are very friendly. The location is ideal. The parking garage is a bit challenging but it is not a major problem. Karine went out of her way to make sure I was okay despite having some personal issues. I highly recommend this apartment. The mail room was very useful to receive deliveries. The building felt very homey and welcoming. Thanks again Karine for everything.

A week in Miami

Had a wonderful time. Condo was very much as described. Karine couldn’t have been more helpful. Pool area has sun or shade, whatever your pleasure. So many dining choices within walking distance. Lots of shopping nearby. Short drive to South Beach.

It's a great location. About 20 min drive to the Miami Beach/South Beach island. Little Havana was also about the same distance. There is a couple of convenience stores attached to the building (one of them being 24 hrs). The condo was awesome. Spacious balcony with a partial oceanview, plenty of towels provided. I wish we got to use the pool that was part of the residence. The only thing to note is that the parking spot for this condo is located on the 10th floor. There is a valet at the front for cash but we ended up using paid street parking unless we were done for the day and had time to go all the way up to park which took about 10 min each way. Other than that, a great place!
