Summary:
This condo is conveniently located in Brickell - an upscale Miami neighborhood.

It was luxuriously furnished and decorated in a modern, minimalist, and contemporary style in June 2018. With 2 beds, it can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people.

Walk to bars and restaurants, Brickell City Centre (Mall) with upscale shops and restaurants. Publix Supermarket is 2 blocks away, where you can get the best groceries. 3 miles to Wynwood, South Beach, and Design District.

The Space:

Guest Access:
Story residence designed by Corradino Group offers its guests and residents proximity to all that the Brickell area has to offer, but in-house amenities might just keep you inside.

Guests will have access to the building’s amenities. Please note that fob keys are required to access these amenities. Fobs and keys are not included with this booking but can be obtained directly at the front desk during check-in.

The Residence is located in Brickell neighbourhood, close to restaurants, bars, Brickell City Centre (Mall). Publix supermarket is 3 blocks away, 3 miles to Wynwood, 5 miles to Design District and South Beach, 15 minutes to the airport.

7 elevan, CVS pharmacy, restaurants, Brickell ave, Bahia are all in the neighborhood.
