The house is in a good location to multiple areas (Miami, Key West, Everglades) but it lacks for the price you pay. The owner was nice enough to allow us to use the garage for parking so we didn't complain. The house is definitely someone's residence and not a vacation rental property. Their personal belongings are everywhere throughout the entire house (clothes, toiletries, medicine, groceries etc..) If you're staying with adults and only plan to use the home as a place to lay your head in the evening it's not bad, but it's not kid friendly. The pictures also paint a better picture than the actual appearance, it's not terrible but definitely a work in progress. For example there's a lot of unfinished areas throughout the house and the water setup is quirky. I would recommend that at least one of the two secondary rooms get a bed upgrade they're both very small and not comfortable. If they were kids beds they might be fine but as I mentioned earlier I wouldn't recommend it for families with kids. Overall using it for a place to lay your head after being out all day and only being 4 adults we found it to be adequate for the week. I would say it would be more accurate if it were priced around $250/night.
