Simple room in a cozy home.

Remodeled house in a very central and quiet neighborhood. Close to Midtown, Wyndwood, Brickell, Miami Beach, Miami shores, Design District, etc. Plenty of parking on the street. 10 to 15 minutes from and to Miami International airport. Very close, yet far enough to art, beaches, party, restaurants and stores like you would see at 5th ave in NYC.
The space
It’s located very close to the Design District, Midtown, Wynwood, Downtown, Brickell, Miami Beach and the airport. Uber and Lyft are very cheap to this areas.
Guest access
I like to have guests that need the space mostly to spend the night. If you are looking for a place where you can hang out and watch tv, please keep searching this is not for you. You are allowed to use the kitchen only for breakfast. You will have space in the refrigerator, freezer and cabinets to store your groceries if you need to. You are also allowed to use the dining table.

When you cook, please turn on the fan on top of the stove to avoid smoke that will make the firefighter to come over.

You are allowed to use the washer and dryer if you stay more than 7 days.

The livingroom is not part of the deal.

Bathroom is shared with a tenant that has been living in the other bedroom for over 3 years now. Please be considered by not slamming any of the doors.

Please clean after yourself when using either the kitchen or the bathroom.

Don’t leave dirty dishes for later.

Quiet time after 11:00 pm.

Keep your belongings in your room and groceries stored.

Other things to note
Please remember there are 2 cats in the house when you open the doors, do not let them go outside. If you don’t like cats or don’t want them in your room, you just have to keep your bedroom and bathroom doors closed. The black one is friendly his name is Coco and he will try to sneak into your bedroom. The other one is Olivia and she won’t get any closer, she is afraid of everybody.
