The result is a property where arriving feels easy: a porte cochère drop-off, a two-story lobby where natural wood grain and veined stone set the tone, a staffed front desk where every stay begins, and a digital concierge that keeps requests like housekeeping a tap away.

Every residence is fully furnished and finished with imported porcelain flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private balcony with glass railings. Quartz countertops and matte black fixtures carry a consistent, considered palette from kitchen to bath.

The Signature Suite is the most spacious of Nexo’s one-King layouts, spreading 628 to 739 SF across a King bedroom, a separate den, and an open living area. The den earns its keep as a reading room, afternoon nap spot, or quiet retreat, and a queen sleeper sofa lets the suite host up to four guests. Two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a tub, and a fully equipped European-style kitchen complete the picture.
