It needs some TLC the sofa needs to be cleaned it smells. I did like the location to everything and the beach. Would be nice to have beach chairs since it’s close to the beach we would have loved that. The space was nice for the stay.

This was directly across the beach which was great, the food options were endless! The room was cleaned the only thing that was an issue is the bed was so hard! It felt like I was sleeping on concrete. Did I like the location yes, would I stay here again No.

Loved the View and Convenience

Really good hotel! The room was clean and had everything we needed, and the beach view was incredible. Check-in and check-out were smooth, Matt helped us during the check-in process, and we loved the convenience of not needing key cards - just using a password was super handy. The only downside was the lack of a luggage storage service before check-in or after check-out. Even a paid option would’ve been helpful. Other than that, a great experience!

The location is awesome, and the beach access makes for great people watching. The check-in process is easy as long as you read all of the instructions. The room was clean with the exception of a little mold underneath the cupboard, but Florida humidity will do that just about anywhere. The property staff is kind and welcoming, but communication from the booking office is terrible. When I departed from the property, I left a few items behind including my car keys. I contacted the booking office several times to try to obtain my items, and was repeatedly told that they were looking into it and to call back. After a few weeks of that, I assumed they have been lost. If you read these reviews, please help me find my keys.

The entrance code sent didn't work initially but a call to the property fixed that after we were given a new code. There is an entrance desk but we did not see any management sitting there in the 3 days we were there. The front of the property is empty and looks like it needs some work, you enter from the side entrance. The location was 5 stars. Everything on ocean drive was within a short walkable distance. The apartment itself was a studio with a small kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, plates and cutlery etc. There was a steam, iron and hair dryer provided as well. It was clean overall but with a mild chemical smell, noticeable initially but easy to get over. It was quiet inside the building and we didn't have any issues with noise. We were given enough towels for our 3 day stay. Overall I would stay here again, especially because the location was unbeatable.

Das Haus und auch das Zimmer sind in einem schrecklichen Zustand. Die Klimaanlage ist defekt und tropfte die ganze Zeit. Ich habe noch nie so schmutzige Fenster gesehen. Ich finde, es ist für Gäste eine Zumutung. Trotz des guten Ausblicks würde ich diese Unterkunft nicht mehr besuchen und auch niemals empfehlen.
