This amazing property is located on Ocean Drive and 3rd.
South of Fifth. Centrally located in SOUTH BEACH
Direct open views to Ocean Drive from the apartment, A LOT OF NATURAL LIGHT. .
This apartment is close to everything you can possibly desire.
Many restaurants, attraction's, stores, public transportation and plenty of entertainment to fit all budgets and tastes.
This unit is perfect for couples or families.

24 hour supermarket and pharmacy one block away.

Pets are permitted. There are two waterfront parks one block from the apartment . Don't have to walk far to walk your pet or take your young ones to the playground.

Private pool and beach access from apartment building. Beach is only a few steps away from the pool area.

This is a spectacular upgraded one bedroom one bathroom unit located on the 3rd floor.
Building has a private secure entrance.
Walk out directly onto Ocean Drive.
Property is equipped with elevator for easy access to condo.
This beautiful unit has complete marble flooring throughout the condo and a marble stand up shower.
This condo comes equipped with a full upgraded kitchen with granite countertops.
Appliances include refrigerator stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils, cooking ware, and dishes provided.
All linens and towels also included.
Sleeps 1-4 guests. Separate One bedroom with queen size bed also a full size sleeper sofa in and a personal convertible in the living room.
2 flat screen TVs. One in the bedroom and the other is in the living room.
Central A/C with unit control.
Washer and dryers available on each floor.
Early check-in and late check-out available. Fees may apply.

This place exceeded expectations. The location was great, within walking distance to restaurants and shops, just steps to the beach and boardwalk. Mr Enriquez was 10/10 on communication before, during and after the stay. would recommend.

Decent place to stay

As close to the beach, as you can get, Works well for two adults. Parking is a couple of blocks away, but the whole area is like that.

Great location! 2 beach chairs and umbrella included every day ($45 cost daily). Pool is good. Clean and well maintained. Close to everything. Free internet access. Easy communication with host. Free parking included (a few blocks away, 5 min walk). Flexible check in and check out. Cons: A little bit old building.

Great place

Property was recently remodeled. Excellent location, right on the beach, quite place, nice pool area, the unit has central A/C, very comfortable and nice place, full kitchen and affordable price for south beach. I will definitely recommended this place.

Very good location -

Stay was very nice - it was a bit over budget could be a little lower price but other than that very nice location and use of beach chairs a big plus as it was quite hot and sunny. Pool was a bit small but Enrique was very nice and responsive - would recomend it and would stay again

Perfect location

The property is exactly as advertised. It does overlook Ocean Drive, which can get noisy. The location is perfect for walking all around Ocean Drive. Any Lyft or Uber we took was less than 20. As others have mentioned, you will receive two beach chairs, and an umbrella that you do not need to pay for while you’re in this unit. That was a plus. Unit has full refrigerator, kitchen, utensils, stove, and stove top. We had a few hiccups as mentioned in other reviews with the hot water and television.

Your home away from home

We had a wonderful time at this beach-house. The check-in was self-service - which was nice not having to interact with any front desk person. You really get the feeling it is "your place" for the week! Everything is close by and walk-able! Enrique provides a beach card to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella each day which would have cost $45 without the card. Also provided was stuff to make coffee, dishes, spices, towels, and extra pillows/sheets/blankets. We had everything we needed! Enrique is very accommodating and responsive. We can't wait to come again!

Paradise!!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was a perfect location to the beautiful beach, shopping, amazing restaurants, and bars. The air conditioning was cool and the fridge is new and we loved the ice trays and frosty mugs in the freezer! The condo is comfortable and clean and other guests were pleasant. The pool was a great addition. We never heard noise or traffic. Very low key area with boutique hotels and cafes on either side. The host had great communication and check-in was a breeze. Thank you, Mr. Enriquez for a wonderful stay!!!

Great location, but did have some issues.

Pros: location, walkable, short walk to beach, kitchen and bathroom well stocked, friendly and prompt communication with the manager, unit appeared clean with the exception of the items below, laundry on site, barber shop and small store located in the building, beach and bath towels provided, 2 beach chairs & umbrella included, no WiFi issues, closet is stocked with beach toys and family games, AC works great. Cons: musty/moldy smell throughout the building, very dirty pillows and blankets in the closet, pool closed for part of our stay, you have to run the shower for 5 to 10 minutes to get hot water, very noisy (windows are single pane thin glass. The wind even caused the blinds to sway slightly.), dirty common areas with the exception of the main entrance.

Blown away by the dirt

First I will say that I knew the property provided very minimal in decor and amenities. We were not looking for luxury because we were not going to Miami Beach to sit in an apartment. When we arrived we were able to locate everything with the instructions left by the host. However the cleanliness of the property was appalling. The place needs to be mopped, dusted, and cleaned thoroughly. There was hair from previous guest on the floor in the bedroom. Ceiling fans were dirty. You can take your finger and swipe the dust that has been piling over time. We did not stay the night at all. We checked in around 6pm and left before 9pm. We found a hotel that was nearby and booked for the week. I left a message and told the host we were leaving because the place was not sanitary. I felt that it needed a deep clean asap. Needless to say, we lost $1k renting this property. I don’t know how the host could have resolved the issue without us having to leave the property. I’m very disappointing because cleanliness should never be compromised. Again I never expected a spectacular apartment, just a clean one. The fact that the host said nothing spoke volumes.

Great location

Overall, as long as you know what you’re getting, it’s a decent place. POSITIVES •great price • building is ocean front- walkable to much. •includes a card to get 2 beach chairs & umbrella •Short walk to South Point Park and sunset viewing •ocean walking/biking path •Endless options for nearby restaurants •Lots of pillows/blankets •No need for a car. Ubers are plentiful/inexpensive •Enrique was very responsive (thank you Enrique!) GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES •no side tables or coffee table •no living room lamps (there’s one lamp in the bedroom) and the overhead lights could land an airplane. •It would be nice to have a “filtered light “ option on the windows instead of either full blackout or fully exposed to the street. •Bedroom tv worked, the living room tv didn’t, nor could we ever connect to the internet despite resetting the modem several times •I say this hesitantly, but there is zero aesthetic appeal- not colors, not neat painting, not cohesive artwork or decor. •It would be great to have a 3pm check in like most hotels; 4pm is just really late. •How about a guest book where guests can write fun recommendations or eittle would go such a long way! ittle would go such a long way! •It would be great to have a 3pm check in like most hotels; 4pm is just really late. •How about a guest book where guests can write fun recommendations or experiences?! Paying for Great Location

Reading the reviews since Mar 2022, we hestitated about leaving a review since it appeared Mr Enrique does not take kindly to any criticisms of this property. Nevertheless: PRO: 1) Beach literally at the back door; 2) Restaurants, etc. within easy walking distance; 3) Laundry is paid via an app, which was easy. 4) Owner easy to communicate with. CON: a) Owner-Paid parking is available several blocks away. Not a big deal, but wish it had been communicated clearly beforehand; b) Owner made us immediately aware the cable did not work and offered to have it fixed during the time we were there. We declined as we were not watching TV; c) Refrigator did not cool. As per a 04/05/22 comment, it does not appear the refrigator was ever replaced; d) Bed was very uncomfortable and so we left one night early. In the same review comment, the mattress was brand new. If this was the same mattress, it got worn out in just a year. When we left, b) and c) above were communicated to Mr Enrique and he thanked us for our comments and stated the "condo is scheduled for major maintenances and replacement". Yes, the place is a bit worn and dated. BUT, guests are paying for the location, not a posh suite that we only slept in. In that respect, we were very satisified. After the upgrades, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Miami. The host was very accommodating. My husband was a little uncomfortable sleeping on the mattress. I mentioned it to the host and he had a new one delivered!! The beach was beautiful and steps away! We will definitely be back!
