Summary: Sleek and ultramodern, this swoon-worthy villa in the heart of Coral Gables certainly has the wow factor. We're blown away by every inch, from the tremendous 10-foot ceilings and full-height windows right down to the matte grey floors. The monochrome color scheme, high-spec custom kitchen and cool, contemporary design wouldn't be out of place in an architectural magazine – and the mod-cons like electric shades, wine fridge and Smeg cooktop make it even more impressive.
The Space: LOCATION: The "Grove" packs in a whole lot of charm, history and culture into a relatively little area along Biscayne Bay. Mixed in with the bohemian bungalows, independent book shops and locally owned cafes. CocoWalk and the heart of Coconut Grove are less than a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability.
MASTER BEDROOM: Featuring king bed, small balcony overlooking pool, ensuite bathroom and Smart TV.
SECOND BEDROOM: Featuring a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom and Smart TV.
THIRD BEDROOM: Featuring a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom and Smart TV.

WORK DEN: Located on the upstairs hallway between bedroom, this is a perfect workspace, with seating and even a TV.
LIVING ROOM: Spacious living room with a ample seating and Smart TV. Washer and dryer in laundry room located off the living room and next to the garage
KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and everything you'd need to cook at home during your stay.
OUTDOOR SPACE: Private, non-heated pool and seating area. The pool is cleaned regularly. However, we sometimes experience strong, tropical winds that can cause debris from palm trees and other vegetation to fall into the pool. A pool net is provided for your convenience.
PARKING: Free Parking on premises for 2 vehicles.
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property. Pet fee: $150 per pet, regardless of breed or size. Pet weight and size restrictions may apply, please check with us.
PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: You can order packages to be left at the door. This is a standalone property. There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest's responsibility.
PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib for the little ones, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. We celebrate the rich biodiversity here, inclusive of diverse flora, reptiles, bugs, and more. Despite our frequent inspections and monthly pest control, you might encounter these native "visitors". We assure you of our ongoing efforts to regulate and control their presence.
The Neighborhood: Hugging the shoreline of Biscayne Bay, Coconut Grove is an upscale, leafy neighborhood with relaxed sidewalk cafes and chic shops in and around the CocoWalk mall. We had a wonderful stay, from check-in to check out. The pictures do not do the condo justice. It is just absolutely impeccable. The owner was so easy to deal with and answered all our questions before we even checked in.
As advertised. Very clean and neat property a few minutes (0.7 mile) drive to Coconut Grove. Perfect for four couples. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend.
Our family had a wonderful stay at this turnkey resort like home. Home is fully stocked for cooking, bbq and living. No detail is overlooked from the coffee bar, bathrooms fully stocked with essentials. The owner even left bottle water and few Home is a 3 minute walk to Walgreen's which is great for picking up snacks or a bottle of wine
