A freshly updated studio with a queen bed, full private kitchen, covered rear patio and access to the shared pool. Located in Miami’s Upper East Side near the MiMo district, this independent studio has its own entrance, full bathroom and equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stovetop/oven, microwave and coffee maker. Guests also have access to the shared above-ground pool, grill and free laundry. The area’s character: tree-lined streets, MiMo-era architecture, local cafés and small groceries, and proximity (short drive) to Biscayne Bay waterfront parks. It sits between Midtown/Design District and the northern parts of Edgewater, making downtown, Wynwood and Miami Beach reachable within 10–20 minutes by car depending on traffic.

Walkability: The block itself is moderately walkable for short errands; most restaurants and shops are clustered along Biscayne Boulevard and on NE 79th/88th streets. Public transit: multiple Metrobus routes run along Biscayne Boulevard and nearby corridors; the Miami-Dade Metrobus network connects this neighborhood to Downtown, Midtown, and the Metrorail/Metromover hubs. Rail: MiamiCentral (Brightline/Tri-Rail access) and the Metrorail/Metromover stations are in Downtown (~3–4 miles south); these are reachable by a short bus or rideshare. Taxis/rideshares: widely available; typical travel times to central destinations are short but highly traffic-dependent.

This is a compact studio with one queen bed and is best suited for a maximum of two overnight guests. It is one of five independent units in the same single-story building. The pool, grill, front outdoor area and laundry are shared when other units are occupied. There are no stairs or elevator. Exterior security cameras monitor common outdoor/entry areas. No smoking is allowed indoors. Pets are welcome with the applicable pet fee. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
