We just stayed for one night, the check-in process was simple, before I booked, I was messaging with the host and responses were very clear and timely matter. The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable overall five stars, I’d stay here again!

The staff was absolutely fantastic. Everybody above and beyond. All the fees though were out of control in our mind. They were excessive. $250 per night deposit and the food was way overpriced. But the facilities itself was fantastic the kids loved it and so did my myself and my wife.

Great weekend

Fantastic property. The overall complex is aging, elevators were a problem as was HVAC. But the unit was great. Will definitely go back. Pool, restaurants, and location are top notch.

Miami Paradise

This property was such a treat to stay at in Miami beach! The room was clean and well maintained. The view was spectacular! And the host was so responsive and accesible . Ive stayed in many properties during my Miami travels, but this was hands down one my top experiences! Cant wait to go back!

Winter getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much! Loved that we were able to use all of the amenities at the Fontainebleau Resort! We did not appreciate however ,the spring break partiers next door and the inability to use the hot tub! There was no one from the resort to control the spring breakers ,which was unfair for the other tenants! The resort is very very expensive to eat and drink. Although there were a few negatives overall we had a great stay Loved the location and the weather was great!

Great room, not so great building amenities

Room was great! Generally clean, with some aging in the bathroom and light fixtures. We’ve stayed at the other half of the resort in the hotel and will probably return to that side next visit due to the horrible elevator issues. Waiting 10-25 minutes for the only working elevator for it to finally arrive packed full was a little bit of a buzzkill. I know it’s not the hosts fault but it was a bummer. We took the stairs often from the 10th floor which sucked. Rumor has it that the elevators haven’t worked in ages. Wish the property would do something about it so we would consider this side of the resort again!

Great property but some aspects not upto standards!

I have stayed at Fontainebleau many times but this was my first time staying at a private residence at the property through VRBO. While the cleanliness, communication and location were great, some aspects were not upto par for a property of this category. It was stated in the description that there would be no daily housekeeping unless requested and for an exorbitant fee, there wasn’t enough coffee supplies provided for the period of stay. The walls are pretty thin and the neighbors had something going on and I could hear a bunch of them fighting the whole night. The banging noises got scary and I was almost at the verge of calling the police.The elevators are really slow and it took more than 15 minutes to get one. Unfortunately couldn’t use the stairs with the luggage and ended up paying a cancellation fee for the uber . That said, the room, location and communication were great

Stayed in the Tresor. Room was as advertised. Traveling with wife and 2 kids(7/14). Nice view from the balcony. Building was clean. Some wear and tear noted but overall well maintained. Enjoyed having kitchenette for bfast and lunch. Check in and check out were smooth. Front desk was responsive to request made. Valet is pricey but no other choice if you have a vehicle. With that said they were also very responsive. Did not try any of the onsite restaurants. Very nice large pools and a separate kiddie area. Excellent beach front location. Service at both beach and pool was great. Staff eager to help with towels and setting up umbrellas etc. Wouldn’t necessarily be my first option for families though as it seems to be more of a young people party vibe. But large enough that you can go off and do your own thing. Building has its own rooftop like pool but unfortunately I only discovered towards end of my stay. This one seemed to be more private and with less people. Things are pricey. It’s Miami Beach.

Miami Beach Getaway
