As online listings and photos not match with properties as well as whole two bedroom are not proper two bed room it is just one partial partition to divide it , car parking is wasted of whole one hour time when we are picking up car from counter. House is not even clean and no mush facilities as listed online. So overall bad experience to stay here

Clean room good location. Need better chairs for outside and umbrella.Beds were very uncomfortable. Water was very nasty. Couldn’t brush my teeth how to get bottled water couldn’t really take a shower cause the water smelled so bad.The car rental places were rude and beware of tollway pass and insurance are already have. They tried to get you to Rent A. Car through them instead of whoever you booked the car with waited for 2 to 3 hours to try to get a Rent-A-Car then couldn’t get it in the Rent-A-Car end up getting canceled.

Pretty upset with the staff and the room we stayed in. Staff was very rude! Front desk receptionist one of them was very rude and not just with us but with every single person! The valet parking guys some of them were very rude too! They need some customer service training because how they treat and talk to people is unacceptable. Now about the room we stayed in when we initially booked there was over 450 images online so I called and asked alot of questions to make sure what we had booked os what we wanted! Well that didnt happen and we didnt get what we wanted to book. I made sure to ask alot of questions and specifically told them what we wanted and even stated to them that if the room we got didnt have those things that we would like to upgrade or rebook which they told me that wasnt necessary because we got the "best" one and everything we wanted was supposabely included. First off we didnt have the beach front view we had a view to the street in front of the hotel and there was no washer or dryer included inside the room. We were very upset but decided to not make a big deal at the hotel because the front desk guy was already rude and we didnt want to have any issues. Just very upset for the price and what "we booked" we didnt get what we wanted and was told. One of the rooms had a chopped up curtain it wouldnt even close all way and alot of the pieces were missing so as soon as the sun rose in the am all the light hit directly into that room. Overall very upset.

Poor Cleaning, Limited tableware, insufficient plates and glasses. We rented for 6 people and there were only 4 towels; it took 3 days for them to bring more.

It was advertised as an apartment. It was a small hotel room poorly taken care of. Water damage painted over. Counters perling up. Shower door broke. Toilet extremely stained looked disgusting. This was very far from what was advertised. We checked out immediately and would never recommend this place.

The room was horrible and 0 staff support no one came to the room at all and the receptionist were not able to assist with basic needs. There was only 1 trash bin and that was in the bathroom. The unit was not clean and there was a moldy moldewy smell. This unit looked Nothing like the pictures online I feel as though we were cheated.

Sorry, I can only give one star due to the very poor experience during my stay. There was no support, no response, and several facilities did not work, stove, kettle, and shower, etc.—yet the property was advertised as “luxury.” I’m extremely disappointed, and this completely ruined my vacation. Hotels.com should also be responsible for the fake advertising! I am very disappointed!

Our first time staying here and we were all pleased with everything. This is not a 5 star building but the staff was great and the price was even better. They're due for some upgrades in the building itself and the parking process is a pain but other than that we were very pleased and would stay again in the future.

Checking in was a hassle to go over an hour, bathroom was a bit disgusting you could tell they spray painted whether grout is to probably cover the mold or mildew, first night I came home. I saw a cockroach on the bed. I complained immediately they did nothing and asked me for proof instead of trying to put me in another room or send somebody to clean the place. It took them two days to get back to me that they’ll try to do something and when they did, they offered me an other room where I had to pay double so it’s worth it for me just to rent and other hotel room miserable stay do not recommend anybody staying there

The hotel was very nice. It was great location for beach access and bike trail. You can rent bikes in a lower level for $20 for 24 hours . We had a clean, modern, spacious room with a fully stocked kitchen. They even give you plenty of beach towels, beach, chairs, and ambition umbrella in your room. It was very comfortable and a great value. The only drawbacks were the long lines for the valet and it was hard to get a hold of our concierge since we booked the reservation online through Expedia. We arrived and our microwave was in operable and we had to wait until the next day to get a replacement because the hotel would not accommodate. They insisted that we contact the company that did the booking.

La habitación en regular estado muy oscura, el baño en especial la tina en estado lamentable, el soporte de la puerta principal le faltaban 2 tornillos y para rematar se dañó un soporte de la cama que sostiene las tablas y el Colchón lo cual hizo que quedara en el suelo literalmente!!!!! Buena la ubicación, en general todo el personal muy amable en especial el del valer parking y el de reparaciones que llegó muy rápido a arreglar la cama…..la piscina demasiado fría.
