We had a great experience during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant a few times and the food and service were excellent. The concierge was very helpful in helping us book a bus trip to key west, how to use the trolly and also get a cab to the airport. Our room was perfect, the view was incredible and we loved everything about it.

It was clean. Very outdated, no microwave in the room only in the basement which was a bit creepy, the laundry room is also there. We spent close to $200 on the breakfast buffet and it’s literally like the free breakfasts they give at other hotels. Pool was small and outdated. I love the chill area behind the pool with games.

The beach access was very nice and the pool area was ok. However, the staff came across very unfriendly. When we walked up to check in, the lady was more annoyed we interrupted her from her phone and anytime we asked a question, they all came acrossed annoyed. We are pretty easy going and dont expect a lot, but a smile or friendly hello would have gone a long way.
