Housekeeping is not included in the price of the rental. Housekeeping will be paid directly to the resort during your stay.

Property was very well kept. Only problem we had was with check in. It was very confusing and the instructions given were not correct.

Our visit was lovely, weather was gorgeous. The Fontainebleau hotel is enormous. The service was excellent as well as the staff. Although a large hotel and not an intimate location, the facilities were grand.

Had a great view and lots to do around the property. Was a little confusing checking in and finding the front desk to check in at. The room could have been cleaner for the price.

Great room and facilities. Only draw back was that when we checked in they said parking was complimentary, but it wasn’t. The ice machine in the in room refrigerator also didn’t work. But great overall.

Everything was as advertised, can’t wait to come back! Big room, great shower and the view of pool and beach is amazing. You can just lay around the pools and beach all day, so relaxing. Then catch a Uber to south beach, around $10 bucks to enjoy some night life. Do yourself a favor and book this room!

I absolutely loved this suite and the resort as well. Check in was a breeze and the vibe was all of that and then some. I only had one issue and that was the sheets weren't clean but the front desk wasted no time getting us clean sheets so over all we really enjoyed our stay cant wait to do it again.

My husband and I absolutely loved this property. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous. The check in/out process was quick and painless. The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. So glad we went with the property! We will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Check in process was smooth. Only thing we did not like was that the cabanas blocked the view on the beach unless you get one. If it had been more than just myself and my spouse, we would’ve rented, but didn’t make sense with only two people.
