The check-in office is at a different location than the address listed on the reservation. Annoying when walking with bags and unfamiliar with the area. I was put in a different building several blocks from the one listed on my reservation. It's not a big deal that it's a different building, but the room was very different from the description listed. It was also extremely noisy right next to the street. The staff wouldn't move me because they said there were no other rooms available. Room is extremely dusty and apart from the sheets and bathroom surfaces, did not look like it had been cleaned for a while. Bed was comfortable and the one employee I interacted with was really nice. Otherwise, not great. There are better options for the same price if you're not booking last minute like I did.

The property is well kept and maintained. There is an abundance of space and visitors feel welcome. Definitely will consider this location again when I return to Miami Beach.
