Please be advised that this is a condo/hotel, and despite property rules, we cannot control noise produced by other guests.

Inside the building, it is a separate company that offers tours and tickets to enjoy more your vacations in Miami, fees and charges will apply.

Please keep in mind that your reservations DO NOT INCLUDE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING. The checkout fee that you are paying is only for a checkout Cleaning.

4 Beach chairs, beach towels, and a nice wind resistant umbrella will be provided for you convenience during your stay, after your registration is completed and the apartment cleaned and available.

This is a private apartment and doesn't include Hotel services. There's plenty of restaurants and shops inside the building and around the Miami Beach area. Your reservation was made under the name of the user who booked the unit on this website and must be at least 18 years old. You are the only person authorized to check in. Please approach the security lobby and give the clerk your I.D and info in order to locate your booking. I.D or passport of each guest will be request upon arrival.

You will register at the hotel - Age minimum to book 18.

*Direct Beach Access -no need to even cross the street. Just take the elevator to LL (Lower Level) and walk past the pool and you are on the beach. There are no streets to cross or ways to get lost which makes it very safe for children.
*The most amazing part of This place is that even from the high floor the turquoise water is clear you can occasionally see Manatees, big Dolphins swimming below.
Pets: pets are not allowed;
*NO SMOKING!!!

SWIMMING POOL/ BEACH
The pool is located one floor below the Lobby level and at the south side of the building you may access the beach through a gate located behind the pool area.
For your convenience you will find BEACH/POOL towels inside the unit, please do not use the white towels, they are only for use inside the apartment. If you use the Beach Towels, chairs, please treat them with care and bring them back to the apartment.
Be advise that swimming pool is allow to use from 9am to 6pm (sunset)

GYM
The Gym is located on the 3rd Level and is open from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
Only owners, residents or their registered guests previously certified by our Security team will be able to use the gym.
Access requirements: Interested parties must present themselves to the security officer on duty at the front desk, with an identification document (ID).
• The ID will remain in the custody of the officer for the duration of the stay at the gym. • The officer will register the visitor in the access register and place an identification wristband,
which must be used during the entire time spent at the gym.
. Delivery of the FOB: • The officer will provide a Blue FOB to facilitate access to the gym. This FOB must be returned
when collecting the ID submitted
• In case of a lost FOB, a charge of $50.00 will be applied, which must be paid on the spot.
. Access restrictions: • It is not allowed to open the main door from the inside or enter the gym with unauthorized or
previously registered people by security.
• Access is prohibited for children under 17 years of age.

TENNIS
The building has a tennis court which can be used safely and free of charge, you must wear the appropriate clothing and shoes, it is recommended to reserve the court previously with the security in the front desk. Tennis Rackets and balls provided;

LAUNDRY
The building has a laundry room located on the lower level (below the Lobby Level) in the northern section of the building. Wash and Dryers will cost $1.75 for each load and you must bring the card wash (you will have to buy at $2 or $5 in a machine) if you need to use the community laundry. Also, bring your own laundry detergent.

We would like to inform you that we have an approved permit from the City Of Miami Beach for the Capital Remodeling of the bathrooms in the Lobby. so 16th of February it will begin to work on it.
The bathroom service will be moved to the Lower Lobby while the Remodeling.
This project will take approximately 8 weeks.
