Room was large and had a full kitchenette. Comfortable beds, clean. There is no elevator and you will need to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Location was great. Easy walk to everything. Where do I begin? The staff is amazing, and Adriana, the building manager, couldn’t be kinder. This is hospitality done right. The building is from the 1940s, so it’s not brand new, but it’s clean, welcoming, and comfortable. And the location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of South Beach. I will definitely be back!

The perfect stay! I had a 5 night stay at the guesthouse, and got around town with the bus. The location is amazing, right in the middle of south beach, but also really close to transportation to the city. The building itself is the cutest. It still mostly in its original form, and is going under renovations slowly, but VERY clean, and accommodating. I will 10000% stay again!

Barcelona Studios is in a fantastic location. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The beach is a few blocks away. We didn’t spend much time in the room because there is so much to do in Miami.
