Summary:
This luxurious condo is part of a 43-story waterfront residential building located in the center of the Brickell business area of Miami. The unit was furnished and decorated in a minimalist, contemporary style in June 2018 and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. You will have access to all resort-style amenities offered in the building as well as being situated next to key areas of the city - Midtown, South Beach, Wynwood, Miami Art Design District, etc.

The Space:
This one-bedroom, fully furnished apartment in the building and is equipped with two queen beds - suitable for up to 4 people. You’ll have a beautiful living area from which you may step outside on the balcony to enjoy the gorgeous ocean and city views. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

Our guests will be welcomed with some basic items for the first couple of days of their stay - toilet paper, kitchen towels, shampoo, soap, and dish detergent. There are several stores nearby to supplement the provided basics.

Guest Access:
Story residence designed by Corradino Group offers its guests and residents proximity to all that the Brickell area has to offer, but in-house amenities might just keep you inside.

Guests will have access to the building’s amenities. Please note that fob keys are required to access these amenities. Fobs and keys are not included with this booking but can be obtained directly at the front desk during check-in.

These amenities are located on the 14th floor of the building. One free parking space will be assigned to our guests upon check-in into the building. If you need more than one parking space, you will have an affordable valet parking option in the area.

Brickell is Miami's version of Manhattan with its walkability and array of skyscrapers. You’ll find world-class restaurants, Miami’s tallest high-rises, the headquarters of the nation’s top law firms, and some of the world's most recognizable financial institutions. And bars—so many bars.

Order a round of cocktails at Sugar - Miami’s tallest rooftop bar. Grab drinks and a bite at Riverside Miami - a waterfront venue dotted with restaurants and bars. Local spin studio RedBike hosts outdoor classes here if a workout is part of your daily routine. Brickell City Center is an indoor-outdoor mall where the gorgeous architecture lets you enjoy the experience of being outside while offering protection from the elements. There are two food halls, numerous restaurants, and countless stores to keep you entertained.

If you like to get off the beaten track, Simpson Park Hammock is a small urban park nature preserve with walking paths and bike trails. You’ll get lost exploring the nearly eight acres and forget there is an actual concrete jungle beyond its perimeter.

Miami Metromover station in Brickell is located at SW First Avenue and 12th Street, across from the Publix.

To complete your reservation, we ask you to provide us with your full name, email address, and a copy of your identification (passport, ID, or driver's license) 48 hours before check-in.
