We had a great stay. The view is stunning, the park in front and the ocean view are just lovely. The location to beach access was also great. The condo is bright and offers ocean views from all the rooms. We loved the building; the pool and rec area was very nice and it was great having a mini market on site. The condo had beach chairs, umbrella, sand, toys, and a cool cooler. We would definitely stay again!

Nice!

It was a nice place to come back to after a long, hot day in Miami. It was a convenient spot near the beach and the mall, the place was beautiful, clean, and the beds were soft. My family and I enjoyed our stay here.

Great holiday in Sunny Isles!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the condo over our Spring Break. The host was highly communicative, the condo was clean, provided all we needed for the stay, and was near the beach, shops and restaurants, as advertised. I would highly recommend for future stays!

Great location! Beautiful unit!

The unit was as on pictures. It is the a great location, minutes from the ocean and the main road with close by restaurants and shops. Property Mgr was very helpful.

Very accommodating

The apartment was exactly as described in the photos and listing. Sergio is a great host, he got us everything we needed. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great location in Sunny Shores

We stayed here to catch a Dolphins game. It was a nice easy ride to the game. The place was exactly as described. Easy walk to beach. Sergio was available and very helpful.

Nice, quiet, and clean location

This was nice place for our family of 5, accommodated us all very well and had plenty of room to spread out. It was quiet and the beds were comfy. Only complaints are that we wish the balcony door locked and there was an entry rug to keep the dirt contained there, cause I swept more than I wanted.

Good location and views

Enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was well stocked, and balcony views were nice. Close proximity to the beach and pool, and we found nice restaurants nearby. The owner quickly answered the questions I had before the trip.Check-in clerk didn’t give much info. Also, the unit needs more magnet chips (which get you into the pool area, back elevator, etc.) It could also use one or two more beach chairs) I would rent here again!

Spacious large renovated Condo

This condo was recently renovated and had updated kitchen and 2 bathrooms with 3 bedrooms. There were 4 of us staying there, we each and our own bed with plenty of room for us. The pool area was nice and it was a short 5 minute walk to the beach area. Well situated for us as we were there for the Dolphins game. Sergio the owner was great to deal with and always answered any questions promptly. Would stay there again. thanks

-I had some inquiries prior to securing the unit and after. Each was answered in a timely and friendly manner. -I made a special check in request prior to arrival and the request was kindly granted. -The check in process was easy. -The directions to find the parking garage were a little confusing. -For 2 days the lock on the door from the garage to the building, on our level, was removed so it was unsecured. -The beach gear we used (chairs & umbrella) was in working order. The part to lock in the umbrella’s position was missing. One of the beach chairs was a bit soiled. -A major issue was the lack of blackout blinds. Bedrooms should have them. -The unit did not feel cozy. It felt like a unit men would like. -I had to touch up a toilet and floor when we arrived -The unit is decent, but there’s a good bit of wear and tear to be addressed. ie. marked up walls in multiple rooms, the floor of the balcony was in terrible shape (Paint chipping all over), the balcony furniture could use replacing, peeling and bubbling paint on a bathroom ceiling, bubbling paint behind a toilet tank, broken off toilet paper holders in both bathrooms…-The towels were dingy and not the softest. -There was some staining on some bed spreads/linen. The linen could stand upgrading. -The kitchen was equipped, but the items were real basic.-The pool area was nice. They have covered cabana areas. -The A/C was good.
