Over all nice stay

The rooms were nice. But the sitting chairs in living room were completely warn out.The pool is not heated. Location is excellent.

Our rental unit was way bigger than expected. Tons of room for 6 adults. Beautiful view. Clean. We were extremely happy. Staff were very friendly. Pool area was very nice. Beach is incredible. Definitely would stay here again!

Very friendly staff, very helpful. The place in general is a bit run down, but the beach is perfect, the pool is not bad for the kids. The Appartment itself was spacious and no issue on cleanliness apart that it was old and needs a renovation. Would stay there again

Wedding large room needed

Stayed for my sons wedding. Nice 3 bedroom lbs with enough beds to accommodate our 7 family members. My only comment would be the couch isn’t very comfortable to lounge on it more for looks and the towel situation was lacking. We needed to ask for more towels and wash clothes. Note there is a coffee maker but no coffee me so bring what you need if you want it in your room. Nice big refrigerator.

Know before you go.

Let me break it down between the apartment and the building facilities. The apartment was clean and roomy. But there is nothing. You need to buy everything from paper towels, napkins, soap, body wash, shampoo, etc. it’s like moving into a new apartment. The TVs are old so can’t really AirPlay. The couches are old and the beds are uncomfortable. Four out of the 6 of us got sick there. Could be coincidence. The building is run down. A restaurant in there is never open, can’t get into the gym, the concrete by pool is damaged, the lounge seats are worn out and beyond uncomfortable. They enforce the two chairs per unit and it’s $15 per chair after that. And it’s $30 a night to park car. I spent 30$ on laundry because i washed their towels, took 8 hours to get replacement towels one day so i washed them myself and the blanked had body odor. The only shiny spot is Louie’s at the palm. Amazing Cuban food. At the beach. Again know what you’re getting into.

The check in was simple and easy! The place was spacious and clean for my family. The only suggestion I have is to bring your own towels it was an issue to get additional towels. It was 8 ppl in the suite but was only provided 5 towels and the housekeeper was giving me an issue about getting more. Aside from that the stay was great!

The pictured living area is not the property we received. The whole condo was dirty. The curtains had dirt on them the side of the walls covered in dirt and dust. Roaches were in the kitchen. There was little cookware and serve ware. The oven does not hold heat so it was difficult to cook anything. The beds were comfy however and it is a large space to accommodate a large group.

It was nice to stay there, And front desk was very nice and helpful. Property was nice as well. The pool time was a little early to close when you a 4:00pm check in. The down side no restaurant open on Property. But I will still give a referral to others.

This hotel was a big letdown from the start. After a long 14-hour drive, we found not enough towels for our group and were told we had to wait until the next day. Laundry room closed at 4pm. No service room. Guests must get their own towels from the laundry, which is often empty. The room was old, with leaking A/C, outdated furniture, and a moldy carpet. The kitchen had no utensils, dish soap, or hand towels. Pool had broken umbrellas and few chairs. Gym and tennis courts were in poor shape, and the beach bar closed early. Staff was sometimes rude. Only the beach and basic cleaning were okay. We will not return.

Nice location

The first unit we were sent to wasn't cleaned properly prior to us getting there. The refrigerator was filthy on the inside and outside. The couch had crumbs and there was toothpaste on the bathroom mirror. I went to the desk and they gave me a different condo so we had to go up and look at that one then down to our first room to get all our stuff to bring it up to the other room and then back down to the lobby to bring the first rooms keys back...finally we could go up to our room.There aren't any vending machinces in the entire building and the one restaurant that is there just closes whenever it wants to. Furnishings could use an update.

Staff is very rude. My son’s phone was stolen right in front of their guard. English is very difficult for most of the staff making communication very hard. You practically have to beg for clean towels. Swimming pool is amazing, it feels like bath water. So warm! They close the pool very early and made us leave the beach for a wedding which I think is crazy since we paid for beach access. The vibe of the place is a little strange. We would return if needed but would probably look for another place if possible.

No wash cloths after asking many times, the first night front desk had no xtra towels. We only had 4 bath towels for 6 people (had to share) they said door was locked for towels. No dishwashing towels or liquid. Floors had food all over them. Carpets very dirty No papertowels or napkins. Water leak from somewhere in kitchen. Front desk said maintenance was not there. Very disappointed the worst Vrbo ever . However Thank goodness beds were clean!

Just location and space

The location of this accommodation is undeniably convenient, and the property itself offers ample space, which made our stay comfortable in that regard. However, the experience was significantly impacted by a lack of maintenance and cleanliness.The most concerning issue was the presence of cockroaches, which is unacceptable in any accommodation. Additionally, the beds made excessive noise with every movement, making restful sleep difficult. Various doors within the property had problems—some didn't close properly, while others were difficult to open, adding to the overall feeling of poor upkeep.It is clear that a proper supervisor is needed to regularly inspect the property and ensure that standards are upheld. The lack of awareness or willingness from the owners or managers to improve their product inevitably attracts lower-cost, lower-quality guests, resulting in a continuous decline in standards. With better oversight and attention to detail, this accommodation could truly live up to its potential. Until then, I cannot recommend it without reservations.

Let me start from when we checked in. Wrong room givin and would not move us. Called the desk and they said we can refund you😡. When I was getting beach towl for beach is when they said no you are in room 12 b not 11b. My hubby and I had to push beds together Very little furniture and dirty. There were 5 of us 3 towel and 2 wash cloths. Kitchen supplies like silverware , kitchen intensials hardly anything. Called front desk about issue did not respond. Found housekeeping and got towels. 2 roll of toilet tissue. When going to beach you only get 2 chairs and it 15 Day and 20 for umbrella. Dishwasher did not work. Restaurant is dirty open till 2. Very out dated!!!!! I would never recommend this place. The only nice person was the guy that helps with luggage. He is from Argentina. The pictures are not correct be aware

Misleading, description, no basic supplies, dirty

This was probably the most disappointing beach trip I have ever had. my sisters and I , who are all in our sixties, reserved this condo for one week. None of us drive , so we were counting on there being a restaurant in the building , as advertised. The restaurant was closed the entire time and we were told every day that it would be open tomorrow. In the condo, there were no coffee cups, 2 drinking glasses, no pots or pans to cook with. Cooking was not an option. The lighting in the kitchen was very dim. On the last day of our stay, we saw live cockroaches in the kitchen. when we told the front desk about all that was on the first day that we arrived they said they only supply the appliance and that we should contact the host. We contacted the host, and she replied 2 Days Later saying that they were in short supply of kitchen items and that I should ask the front desk. The condo description said there was a restaurant and lounge on the premises, but it was closed the whole 7 nights we were there. Each day we went to the pool, there were no pool towels. we were always told to come back in an hour, and each time we did, there were still no towels. The pictures of the view from our condo 8B looked beautiful, but there is a highway between the bay and the condo, making it impossible to sit on the balcony because of the traffic noise. we had to eat out for all of our meals because of the lack of kitchen supplies, and that is very expensive in that area. Bad vacation rental.
