"Guest Parking is very expensive $45/day. The hotel is very well kept. Very nice restaurant and ambiance. The rooms are very comfortable. The mattresses could be better at supporting your back. New mattresses or firmer mattresses would help. The staff is very helpful but if you request something like extra pillows or towels during the day, it might be forgotten. I had to request the same a few times. Good hotel but they need more staff for housekeeping or front desk. Requests are missed"

"The hotel is dated and a bit rundown. There are renovations going on, but there was no excessive noise from the renovations on the 9th floor in the room."

"the washroom fan doesn't work when we first arrived, the room was noisy from air condition, it was running very loud when its on, so we have to turn it off and the room got stuffy. The night front staff was rude and not helpful. When we asked if the bath towel was refresh.. they said you go back to room to find out. Can't even ask for a cup of ice And when calling from room, no one pick up and the call was ringing for 8 min until I gave up.. and it was just around 8pm, which normally that's when front desk should be still available. They dont tell you the Hidden amenity fees until you check in, which at that point, you can't say no, and what it offers is what you would normally expect to get from the two star hotel free of charge. The only good thing I would say about this is the location. Other than that dont expect much"
