I really loved this property. Great value, location and the service was excellent. The restaurant on site was fantastic as well. Really well priced for being in the heart of Brickell. This will be my go-to from now on when in town.

Stayed here one night before a Celebrity cruise. Very clean, safe area and nice resteraunt on property. Balcony and nice bathroom. Many things around that are walking distance like CVS if you forget some things. We took a rideshare to cruise port, about 15-20min ride depending on traffic.

Great stay at Hyatt Centric Brickell. The room was spotless and the balcony was a real plus, perfect for a morning coffee with a view of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent: easy walking distance to great restaurants and just minutes from Brickell City Centre. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We'd happily stay here again on our next trip to Miami.

I liked the hotel and would be definitely a repeat customer again. The receptionists all are very wellcoming. Particularly, the receptionist (the black big man), went out of his way to help me, even came to my room and helped in carrying down four huge outweighed bags. When we are on the first floor carrying down the bags, he face is full of sweat reflecting the amouny of energy expended. Nice hotel, Nice staff

Room was clean, nice shower. A lot of extra charges they don't tell you about until you get the property including parking which is valet and $41 a day. Also, they hold $200 deposit for damage (common) but they also hold another $150 they don't tell you about so be prepared for That. Great location, next to all the bars and restaurants. Good stay before a cruise.

Very good hotel in an excellent location on Brickell. They charged a resort fee, but the swimming pool was not working during our stay. Many dining options a short walk away.
