「The staff were very friendly, the pool was awesome and it was a super short walking distance to good food and the beach. I included the continental breakfast with our room, and I would say it was worth it. It was fresh and they had a good variety of breakfast pastries to go along with fresh fruits. 「The rooms were cute, clean and comfortable! The property itself was also Clean and overall a good experience. The staff was wonderful, friendly and attentive. My Complaints: the extra $100 a day ontop of what it already costs to stay there, for “resort fees” and parking, it’s quite pricey. And $50/night forced valet parking isn’t ideal. The pool & beach closes at 8 & towels were not always available everyday, so that was slightly annoying for the cost. The baleen kitchens food is subpar and...

「Clean property, nice room, very convenient location. However they only provided 4 towels for 2 people that must last greater than 48hours. You’re clearly going to the beach and water if vacationing in Miami so you will be showering etc more than regular. When my family simply asked housekeeping for a few more towels, the staff turned it into this huge debacle and told us we weren’t following the rules. I’m all for “saving the environment” but at the same time - I’m visiting Miami for the beach...
