  • A charming little house in a very quiet neighborhood in the Nuevo Vallarta area, in Bahía de Banderas, with five supermarkets and two shopping centers less than 200 meters away. The house has everything you need: towels, kitchen utensils, dishes, bedding, etc. Air conditioning (three units), washing machine, and on-site parking. There are three bedrooms; the master bedroom is upstairs with a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms on the first floor share a full bathroom. It has a separate living room, dining room, and kitchen.
    Avenida de la Costa is the main avenue in Nuevo Vallarta, home to the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in Nayarit. Public transportation is three blocks away on the highway heading south (Puerto Vallarta, 10 minutes) or north (Punta de Mita or Sayulita, 40 minutes).
