「This was our third time staying at Estancia! We keep coming back because the service and cleanliness are excellent and the unit w/ A and B fits our family of five perfectly. Brad and Joey were by far the most helpful property managers we’ve ever had. Their cheat sheet was extremely helpful and we dined at a few of the recommended restaurants off property which were great! 「This is a very impressive hotel on first look. It is modern and well designed. I think that the most expensive rooms are quite well laid out. The smaller less expensive rooms…. Which are still expensive within the San Pancho market… are quite small and lack the creature comforts that one expects for this category of hotel. It is ideal for a 2-3 day stay…. Not so great IMHO… for an extended stay.. The staff in all areas is very friendly and the facilities are well maintained.. There is one thing...

「We found the noise from the nearby beach bar soo loud at night. We did not sleep well. We were informed that the bar is run by the MX cartell and not to discuss the issue. Would likely choose another place to stay due to this. The hotel iteslf is nice, location nice but the loud bars are not good for sleep.」
