"The location is great, with plenty of things to see and do nearby. Unfortunately, the shower was either extremely cold or extremely hot, and it was impossible to get the water to a comfortable temperature. Communication during check-in could also have been better. We waited around 30 minutes to receive the correct lockbox codes. Other than that, everything was good, and we enjoyed our stay."

"El lugar lo reservé para 4 personas y solo había una cama y un sillón que se hace cama. Y también no tenía jabón para bañarse y muy poco papel de baño y papel para la cocina. Es un lugar muy sencillo que para mí no vale lo que cobran. Pero está muy céntrico y no hay mucho ruido. Pero no vuelvo a ese lugar."

Top Mexico City Hotel Reviews

ULIV Cibeles

ULIV Cibeles

8/10 Good
"We really enjoyed our stay at ULIV Cibeles. The location is excellent, the apartment was very clean, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Most importantly, it was very reasonably priced, especially compared with many of the hotels in the same area. There are a few things I would improve. The towels could definitely be newer and better quality, and I personally found the mattress much too hard. I also wish the gym had more and better equipment. But when you consider the price, these are relatively small complaints. Compared with some of the much more expensive hotels in Mexico City, ULIV offers excellent value. We had a very comfortable stay and I would happily stay here again."
