The staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Vanessa went above and beyond during our stay. We noticed she was working long hours and doing all the job roles there. Hope she is getting taking care of by the owners because she was great.

Hi! The staff were super nice and cheerful every time I asked for something. My room was clean and so were the bathrooms and showers. Nice little courtyard and the neighborhood and location can’t be beat!

La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, el personal muy amable la verdad. Hay tema con que el baño no tenga amenidades. Y algo que es más criterio personal es que si es un lugar en el que se siente mucho el frío.

Les photos indiqués sur le site 'e correspondaient pas à la chambre individuel que j'ai reçu, une chambre rajouter par une faible cloison au détour d'un recoin, sans aucune isolation sonore ni thermique et qui laisse entrer la lumière j'ai perdu mon argent en voulant faire des économies dans cet hôtel A15 min à pied du métro

La foto de habitación en Expedia es incompatible con la que yo asignaron. Un cuarto tamaño caja de zapatos. Ademas, 1° de temperatura. NO ACONSEJO ESTE HOTEL

La habitación está bien para el precio. Pero tuvimos un problema, alquilamos la habitación con baño, nunca hubo agua caliente, la solución de recepción fue bañarnos afuera en el baño comunitario, lo que no tiene sentido por qué por eso pagamos la habitación con baño que tiene un costo de extra, los días que estuvimos hospedados nos la pasamos bañándonos afuera. Nunca nos resolvieron.
