Welcome to this Californian colonial-style mansion, designed to provide a blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Located just three blocks from the Angel de la Independencia, this spacious home is ideal for large groups, offering ample space to relax and connect.

Living Areas: The mansion’s main living room is a warm, inviting space featuring plush leather sofas, eclectic artwork, and elegant lighting. This area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or gathering as a group.

Dining Room: Enjoy memorable meals in the formal dining room, with seating for up to 10 guests beneath a vintage chandelier. An adjacent lounge area provides a cozy spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Kitchen: The spacious and fully equipped kitchen, with its striking red cabinetry and modern appliances, is ideal for cooking for a crowd or hosting a private chef. It includes double ovens, ample counter space, and all necessary cookware for group dining.

Bedrooms: Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and privacy, with quality bedding and classic decor. Additionally, workspaces are available in Rooms 4, 5, 7, and 8.

The nearest international airport is MEX, located about 8 miles away (25-45 minutes by car depending on traffic). The property includes free parking on-site. Public transportation is also accessible within a 5-minute walk, making it easy to explore all that the city has to offer.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

- ​​EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: The consumption, purchase, or sale of any type of substance illegal in Mexico City is prohibited within the property.

- No events or parties are allowed.
- Loud music is prohibited at all times.
- Jumping on the terrace is prohibited.

The common area's were amazing in this property but the bathrooms and kitchen need major updates. The bathrooms especially were very run down with rotted counter tops and toilets that didn’t flush properly.
