Would not recommend staying here. Does not look like the pictures, property super run down and the neighborhood is super sketchy, run down and felt unsafe. It was hard to find and not well marked. We left without even staying.

The rooms were very clean. You had to share a bathroom which was clean too. The hostess/greeter Mari Cruz was just the sweetest young lady. She is most helpful for any questions you have. The place was easy peasy and with walking distance to ALL!

i had a lay over, my flight was early in the morning.If u don’t have what’s app, that’s maybe why a few people reviews are saying no communication. I spoke through what’s app. The place don’t have AC but it was pretty cool , so i open the windows , but ended up closing them later on.The 2 bed place was really kool. If u don’t mind the clubs around there, then u will be find. It’s clubs around so of course it will be noise.Just need a better way to leave keys somewhere, bc can’t get out the building without the key. But over all the place is kool, i would stay again, only through cool seasons. I’m going back to mexico city in the morning for a few days , but i’m with my hommie & he needs AC, So we got a hotel for the second trip, But if i was by myself, i would definitely stay back.

As soon as I arrived I went out. The complex is inside an old building in the historic center nevertheless the street that its on feels very unsafe, some suspicious looking men gather outside the building and stare at people. Also they never pick up the phone or give you details on how to check in, I had to wait 20 min outside the wierd looking street for them to pick up the phone and let me in and once inside they took picture of my ID's and a girl came up and walked me through the wierd looking building. Once in the complex it smelled like dirty bathroom and neighbors had the TV at high volume. Also I was not given the room I reserved

We arrived late (9pm) to our reservation. There was no sign for the hotel so we wandered around in the rain a bit until a local told us to ring a bell in one of the buildings. Someone let us in so we went in to get shelter from the rain and figure out if there was someone from the hotel inside. Once again there was no signs so we looked closer at the reservation which had a phone number to call in the fine print. After calling multiple times and being put on hold for a while someone finally picked up said they couldn’t see and hung up. Calling again they picked up the phone and played music in the background without saying a single word lol. We ended up scrambling to find to a different hotel. Next day I called Expedia to cancel the reservation. They contacted the hotel and promptly canceled it, I was hoping to get a refund but no refund was issued. Overall a horrible experience, no signs, no costumer support, we had to wait in the rain and pay same day prices to stay at a different hotel with no refund from this hotel.

No es un hotel, es un edificio ya viejo que en el piso 2 tiene 5 cuartos y un baño compartido. En los otros pisos vive más gente. No hay nada de malo en eso, pero se anuncian como hotel y uno pensaría que te van a recibir en recepción y el edificio es un hotel, pero no. El checkin es hasta las 4 pm y el servicio de paquetería es una bodega muy sucia donde guardan tus cosas en lo que dan las 4. Tengo entendido te puede tocar cualquiera de dos personas para recibirte, a mi me tocó Pedro y la verdad es una persona muy pesada, poco atenta y me volteó los ojos varias veces, hablaba grosero y su atención al cliente es PÉSIMA lo que le sigue. Te recibe de mala gana y cuando deje la paquetería en lo que daban las 4 pm, no me dejó entrar ni al baño. Repito NO es un hotel, una vez que te da las llaves de tu cuarto no vuelves a saber de Pedro, de hecho me lo topaba en los pasillos y me volteaba la cara, cosa que no entendí. A lo que entiendo hay otra chica que también te recibe, la conocí el último día de mi estancia y se veía muy amable, lástima que no me recibió ella. En serio, encima de que se anuncian como hotel y no como airbnb, la atención de este chico fue horrible. Y como dato curioso tiene una ortografía ESPANTOSA por mensaje. No que importe tanto, pero uno esperaría un trato profesional. Cabe mencionar que me quedé varios días incluyendo fin de semana y hay demasiado ruido, fiesta, y personas teniendo relaciones. No estás cómodo en general, sí es barato pero JAMÁS volveré.

El lugar está limpio y cumple con las fotos. Lo malo es que el personal de limpieza pone música y plática a algo volumen mientras limpia en la mañana y se escucha todo. Lo cual impide un buen descanso

I know this is not easily changed, but the building had no elevator and the stairs were too narrow. It was painful and dangerous to have to go up and down with our luggage, fearing we would take a fall. The shared bathroom was reasonably clean, but a hand towel would have improved it.
