Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, hot shower. Free on site parking, but it can be a tight fit. Staff are very helpful in getting car out. Nice neighborhood with a beautiful park. Lots of restaurants close by. Every thing from fine dining to taco/torta carts.

Excellence at a budget price

Hotel is in a residential area and more of a motel. Cleanliness was extremely high and the staff were friendly and helpful There's no restaurant on site but within easy walking distance are a large mall, lots of cafes & shopsplus bus & metro stations For a budget hotel it does its job perfectly just dont expect 3 or 4 star standards Only dowsides for me are wifi quality & no cupboard / hanging space for clothes

Fees like a compound for parking but the rooms are ample, the beds big and comfortable. A lack is a bathroom mat, wash and hand towels; the towels provided are thin but do the job.

This is a nifty reasonably priced hotel in the heart of the Santa Maria La Ribera neighborhood--just a hlaf block away from the Kiosko Morisco. My room was ready ahead of schedule so I was able to drop off suitcases early, a big plus. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking on the premises. The bathroom was very clean and the bedroom was ample with a view to the street. All in all, a surprisingly good find. I recommend it without hesitation.

This is a good choice for a budget hotel -- about $50 US. The room has one window which looks out to the hallway, so no privacy if open. No AC, of course, and no fan. Very hot and stuffy. I needed a place to crash for a couple of hours and store my suitcases until my Airbnb apartment was available. Nice restaurants and the beautiful park just a half block away.

This hotel was hell. No frills. Many outlets didn’t work. TV didn’t work. It’s a concrete jungle and loud as hell. Didn’t sleep all 4 days there. Absolutely horrible experience. Don’t stay there.

La habitación fue amplio y estuvo limpio. La ubicación es excelente. El barrio Santa María la Ribera es súper padre. Cerca del hotel hay varios cafés y restaurantes. La Alameda con el famoso Kiosco morisco esta a 3 minutos caminando.

Si, cuando yo pague, me asegure que fuera una habitación doble y cuando me entregaron la llave del cuarto era un cuarto sencillo y nada amplio, además de tener los baños compartidos, ni siquiera cerraba bien la puerta, la cama rechinaba mucho y estaba muy incómoda

Les pongo 1 estrella porque no se puede poner menos. Mi esposa y yo salimos y al regresar ya habian realizado la limpieza, dejaron la habitacion abierta (pensando que habiamos desocupado), lo cual se nos hizo raro porque hasta ese momento no habiamos hecho el check out, afortunadamento no habiamos dejado ningun articulo personal. Nos metimos a bañar y cuando estaba saliendo del baño se escucho que abrieron la puerta. Nos quejamos en recepción y dijeron que ellos pensaron que la habitación ya estaba desocupada, nunca ofrecieron una disculpa. Cabe mencionar que, el pasador de la puerta no funciona. La higiene del lugar en general es deficiente, huele a productos de limpieza pero la cama estaba sucia. No caigan en esta estafa, uno acude porque está en expedia, pero es basicamente un motel sucio, viejo e inseguro.
